In pursuance of the powers conferred on me by the Trading with the Enemy Proclamation No. 2 dated the 9th September 1914 (as amended by the Proclamation of His Majesty the King-in-Council dated the 8th October 1914) and by the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance 1914 the Alien Enemies Winding up) Ordinance 1914 the Alien Enemies (Winding up) Amendment Ordinapée 1914 and all other power thereto me enabling I Sir FRANCIS HENRY MAY Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same hereby until further notice licence (a)
